Fernando was great. I had lost the keys to my car and needed it towed out of the apartment building’s garage to the dealership. I called Towraptor and Fernando was really good about answering questions and he was flexible with his schedule. He arrived 10 minutes early. He had excellent knowledge of what he was doing, so it all went smoothly. He was patient at the dealership while I checked in my car. His price was very fair, especially for the good service. Motor blew up while on my way to work.
