Got me in and out In 4 days with new transmission

The price was extremely high. They did not fix the issue I had with my car. Will not go back to this place.

I used to bring my Dodge Durango to the dealership on White Plains. That was a mistake. Aside from the horrible customer service and the dealership being over priced i will never go back. I have gotten my transmission serviced here as well as my fuel pump replaced for a reasonable price as well as expedited service. Say egg Auto body has gotten me back in the road quick. Should i have any issues with a repair they make it right ! Thank you

I waited a day and a half for the guy to respond. He told me a time to call backand never picks up the phone. His name is Joe and seems to be the only person answering the phones. Why have people wait knowingly to dont have the time or space and I live only 5 mins away.

Joe was great. We had an issue with the warranty company, which made things unnecessarily long. He was patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Air conditioning for car leaked hose was replaced now my children and mom are cool. not cheap though expect to pay a couple of bring cash to save.

I went to this Machanic last year August and he did lots of mistakes on my new transmission. I don t recommend for go to this Machanic. Be careful

I had to bring my car for a transmission fix 3 times staff appearance unprofessional not sure if mechanics were licensed had to show them the issue and my bumper was damaged but my vehicle did get repaired

Ive been to a lot of mechanics with my new car its my first new car I tried a lot of places but this guy seems genuine his customers know him by name he knows them by name he works with you he doesnt overcharge I brought my car in to check it out nothing was wrong with it he didnt charge me the other please wanted 120 I like straight-up people and he is one of them

My car wouldnt be running without them

Amazing service and good prices

The owner is very blunt and straightforward. They actually have VALET that when you arrive there is someone to take your vehicle into the garage. They do good work thus far but are a little more pricey than others. Havent had to return back for service on work done. If only they were a little bit cheaper.

Joe is a great Manager and he s not about taking advantage of people. Joe takes the time to explain exactly what s the problem and how he can help you in every way to fix it . Terrible place.

Terrible place. totally unorganized, irresponsible and incompetent place. if you have an alternative, stay away. I was charged 60% more than the coupon offer at the end without actually getting the problem fixed. I called them to report that the issue is not actually fixed and the person said to bring it back in the morning any day they are open. I told them I dont live in the same town. so on the first return attempt, i reach there and the person tells me they cannot check it that day and i had to go back home empty handed. on the Second attempt, I drop the car in the morning as soon as they opened, expect a call from them during the day to get a status as they said and nothing happens. I leave work early to get my car and they havent even touched it. If the manager is the owner he should fire himself before the place can gain any credibility. They are running a business and this shouldnt be the approach towards a customer. Never Again!

Completely satisfied with Yonkers AAMCO service. Was pulling travel trailer when my transmission failed. They sent man to my location to help. He pulled my trailer to AAMCO location while I followed. Got new rebuilt transmission in 24 hours and replaced failed one. Towed our trailer to camp site for us to stay while repairing. Couldnt ask for better or more accommodating service. Returned home 7,000 miles later and transmission performing perfect. Mike-2008 Tahoe 8/21/2017

Have to be atleast paralegal to avoid there seemingly fraudulent monetary ripoff of an unsuspecting resented hardworking customer.

Had them replace a differential in a 2000 Cadillac. The part failed, leaving me stuck on the side of the road while I was moving 5 months later. Lost my paperwork in the move, but called to ask about the warranty and was told it was 120 days. Over $1400 down the drain and the car had to be junked, couldn t afford repeating that cost if I had to expect it would fail again. Just called for giggles to get a quote on installing 2 brake rotors. Joe quoted me $140 if I brought in my own parts, saying it would be an hour and a half of work. No other shop quoted me more than $60. This place is a joke. I have replaced rotors myself in the driveway without machines, just hand tools, and was done in less than an hour. Straight up criminals.

The shop is dirty and unorganized. The owner said he could not find a transmission to replace mine so he would charge me less to rebuild mine. At the end of the job he charged me the same and denied he said it would be less. Dishonest, bad business, would never use again.

I will give this place no stars at but off course have to pick one they are just like there commercial if you dont know a bit of auto mechanical they going to tell that youre car have something wrong that is not true. And if the car is gonna be pay by the dealer warranty beaware the guy that runs this place is gonna make a shopping list of what your car supposedly have wrong. I dont recommend this place. Only to my enemies.

I. Stopped. By the shop on Saturday to have a look at the. Red temperature light in the instrument cluster of my 98Expedition XLT .The mechanic was very helpful to explain. What it was when he was closing for the day Im grateful that gave a moment of his time ., thank you.
