Had my truck inspected there. The very next day I went to have tires put on my truck at another shop and they were concerned and said they would have never passed my truck. Showed me all my brake pads were paper thin, rotors were groved and looked like one of the slide pins was hanging up causing one of the pads to not wear correctly. Disappointed none of this was brought to my attention that I should have some work done soon

I would never purchase a vehicle here again. 20 minutes after leaving the sales lot a tire pressure light came on. We returned to the dealer to have them fix it the following week. We left there again & halfway home the light was back on. The recommended fix was for us to pay to replace 4 sensors for $700. They would not work with us to cover the cost.

Last Thursday I dropped off my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E (which I purchased from a different Ford dealer) for a Recall event at Greenwich Ford s Service Department. This was by far the most fantastic Vehicle Dealer Service experience I have ever had I was checked in immediately, all paperwork on the recall was available and the Service Representative answered all of my questions. I picked up my car on time Saturday morning and I was delighted The Mustang looked terrific completely washed and cleaned including amazing work done on floor and tail gate space rubber mats, tires & wheels cleaned, and car exterior never looked better! I had no idea my Mustang Mach E would be delivered in such wonderful condition. And the electric recall work was complete, zero issues no resetting of radio or other electronic equipment needed and it was ready to go. Plus l mentioned a rear seatbelt was messed up (tried to have fixed at another dealer 2x) and the Greenwich Team fixed that as well. I immediately took the Mustang Mach E on a road trip to Boston (4 hour drive) and the car operation was perfect. I am so impressed because my dealer experience over the last 30 years (including from high end dealers) has conditioned me to expect sub par results and certainly extra care and effort would not be provided. I had no idea (as a new Greenwich Ford customer) that my Mustang would be delivered sparkling in the sunshine. My engagement with the Customer Service Team was great! Thank You Greenwich Ford.

I have a 2022 Ford escape. I went to the dealer because they offered me a free oil change for my first one and they never asked me what kind of oil I wanted. I got a synthetic blend because it s cheaper and now I can never put synthetic in my vehicle again, they should ve asked me what kind of oil I wanted to keep in my car for my first oil change and then when I addressed it at check out, the man can t even come out and explain anything to me. The lady at the counter look like a deer in the headlights And I m just very dissatisfied with this dealer and I won t be going back wasted my money buying a car from this place. However, I do have to say I love my Ford escape, but now I won t be able to have Pure synthetic and that was my choice to make.

They were accurate in informing me of the time frame needed and work was completed within that time as I waited there. They were polite and courteous. Brought my car into the garage for me to access without going outside. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Where do I begin? The important thing is that they lied several times to us, strung us on, promised services they did not perform, told us they would cover a rental, but did not. They had no problem with lying and inconveniencing us. We never got an apology. We are currently working with the larger Ford corporation on this concern and are close to going through the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint. Snakes. Just be honest. That s not how business should be done and I highly recommend everyone avoid this business.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. They pre-ordered my evap canister when it fell off my RV 5 days before arriving at their dealership. Dropped it off Thursday night, just before closing, and had it back the next morning at 9:00am. Cant thank them enough for the fast, quality service.

I live in southern Vermont, and needed some low profile tires mounted on brand new forged aluminum wheels. Nobody in my area wanted to do the job. I went on the Hunter website to look for dealers using the Hunter Revolution tire changing machine and doing Hunter force balancing. Greenwich Ford came up as the closest location. It was easy to make an appointment with Jennifer. Had the tires rotated on my BMW SUV while I was there. The work was expertly done and the employees enthusiastic about my wheels and tires. The charges for services were reasonable. I will be returning for any tire and wheel work for my 2022 Corvette. Thanks much, Jennifer.

After having several unsatisfactory experiences with my local Ford dealers service department, I decided to make the 45 minute drive to Greenwich Ford. Im very happy that I did! It was a real pleasure working with Jennifer and Kelsey. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The issue was diagnosed and repaired promptly. Greenwich Ford has me as a new customer!

This is my third vehicle I have bought at Carmody ford. The last one was Greenwich ford the new owners. I ve had my vehicle for almost 2 years received a phone call from a nice young lady, telling me that my mudflaps were and my ashtray from two years ago. It would be free for them to put them on. Just make an appointment. Then she asked if I needed an oil change a tire rotation. I asked him to check my brakes. I received a phone call first thing the next morning after From a gentleman stating that I needed a new oil drain plug, which was odd that I needed brakes all around to the tune of almost $800. When I asked if anything was covered under warranty since the vehicles, two years old and 20,000 miles he stated that Well I might be able to get the rotors covered but they re on back order for a month so I can pay cash and get them done today or wait a month for warranty? They also told me I needed a new air filter which is incorrect cause I just purchased one a month ago when I had my last oil change. Which my drain plug was just fine a month ago , I paid for your oil change I paid for the oil drain plug. I did not have the brakes done as I feel they were trying to overcharge and take advantage. Never ever again. Well I go there.

Fairly quickish though she was very pleasant there was only one person working on a Saturday to let all the ppl waiting know progress on their service visits or I would have been able to leave 30min sooner. My biggest frustration though is I specifically said and saw it was on the service order customer provided filter and fluids for oil change on passenger seat but YET AGAIN the tech put filter and 5qt jug of oil in but completely forgot about the 1qt of marvel mystery oil. 3 items on the seat can t miss them but again didn t put EXACTLY what I wanted and preferred in my higher mileage vehicle My only hope is they make good on getting me out of this vehicle -(that I really didn t like 3days after signing and got to drive it more then 6min around the block as I started noticing it wasn t riding right/comfortable but the lender wasted my last week of initial 30days to do anything about it)- in December as was the deal confirmed by 3ppl with me before signing and back into the truck preference I expressed needing at least 3x in the first place but saw/presented with no truck options at all to consider. I always give second and even 3rd chances and am unfortunately too nice to call out when someone especially dealerships are spinning the yarn to make a sail or play like I don t have 20+ automotive AND sales experience myself, so we ll see in December if I keep my business with them or if my original review will be thoroughly edited.

We were traveling thru the area. They agreed to service our vehicle when v others wouldnt.

Upon making the appointment I made it known that an object pierced the sidewall of the tire. After driving 40 minutes to the dealership, they said it couldnt be fixed and I had to go back a few days later for a replacement tire. Why was there not a replacement available for the first appointment? Also, it was made known that I had the tire package in the contract, and they still tried to charge me until I spoke up.

I made an appointment to have scheduled vehicle service including oil change, vehicle state inspection and new front brakes and rotors. My experience with the service and parts department continues to exceed my expectations. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for future service work.

Work by mechanic in shop was very good. Lack of communication by Customer Service rep. Never explained why hubcaps were not replaced. Sent me out looking for my vehicle which was hidden by a truck with car hauler. Should have taken me to my vehicle instead of sending me around the lot. In the future I will find a shop where I can communicate directly with the mechanic.

Truck makes a weird humming sound at 50+ miles per hour. After fixing a wheel bearing and drive shaft it still has the sound.

Brought my 2019 F-150 in for some troubleshooting and service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair was done by the time promised. They cared about my finance and interest. They gave me the information for the refinance as well. They got my car s gas fully filled when I was picking up the car. Free engine oil change some months later depends on how often you drive, there is an warranty, explained everything I asked so well, got some things I found fixed, they were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car either new or used. I would love to come back here if I need a trade in for a bigger car someday. Thank you.

I came across a deal on a new 2023 F-150 at another dealer in December 2023. 3 weeks after the purchase, I noticed issues with the Voice Recognition and Bluetooth interfaces. After 6 times back to that other dealer, and all kinds of hardware modules replaced, they could not fix my issues. After a call to Ford Corporate, I was told to bring it to another dealer. On 2/27/2024, while I was getting my other Ford vehicle serviced, I told my story to the Service Manager at Greenwich Ford, Josh Sauer. He told me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. After a 1/2 day in his shop, his team successfully fixed my issues and have returned my loyalty back to the Ford Brand. Josh and Team, THANK YOU! I appreciate everything that you have done for me. I will continue to have all my Ford service work done in your shop.

Usually no problem. Today I had an appointment at 10am and was told about an hour in that there was a 20 minute delay. Two hours later I started asking what was taking so long two and a half hours and car was complete only to go a half a mile and hear an obvious noise coming from front wheel (they had bent the backing cover on the rotor! Had to go back in and after 3hours!!!!! It was done???!!! After leaving this review I was contacted by Carmody and offered a full refund! Although there we re unforeseen problems, they have good customer service! Thank you!

Went for an appt for an oil change at the scheduled time and 1/2 later vehicle goes in, now I know if Im late for Drs or dentist im canceled or charged a fee! Was almost charged almost 2 bills for a diagnostic fee for something I knew was wrong, long story short didnt pay anything and will be going elsewhere for any maintenence

I only gave one star because none wasn t an option. I was in town for 4 days on Spring Break so I scheduled online for recalls to be done and another repair with Greenwich Ford. My car sat in the lot for two days after placing the work order. No repairs were done and I was without a vehicle the whole time. I then had to call on the third day to see what was going on because they never bothered to let me know they were backed up in their service department. I now have to continue driving a vehicle with a potential safety hazard (rear toe links). I can t figure out why they d have me leave the vehicle with them if they couldn t get to it. Greenwich ford does not deserve my business!

I was very disappointed. My son and I had to wait over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection.

I purchased a new vehicle from Greenwich Ford and had an excellent experience with their salesman Joseph DeChiaro. Joseph was kind, patient, relatable and extremely thorough with the whole process. He didn t push me or make me feel uncomfortable like so many salesmen in the past have. He even went the extra mile for me when I needed it. I will definitely return to Joseph if I need to shop for another car. The manager, Daniel and their finance guy, Leroy were also fantastic. Overall very happy with my purchase and will tell my family and friends about this.

The oil change took 1 hour which is the expected time. When I returned home after the oil change there was oil on my driveway and garage floor. The oil continued to drip from the cross member and frame for the rest of the week. I checked the oil and it was full. The oil was spilled on the crossmember and frame rail when changing the oil filter. The mechanic should take the time to wipe all the drain oil from the above mentioned parts and use some brake clean or solvent to completely remove oil.

My Explorer was having a hard time starting So I called Greenwich Ford around 8:00 am that morning. Jenn was able to get me in within 2.5 hrs and they replaced my battery with a fully charged, new battery. This type of service is why after 30 years with Carmody Ford, I still continue going there. I get the service and friendliness Ive come to expect.

I just bought my Rogue in August and I brought it in for my free oil change and the day before my appointment my car didnt start. My friend jumped it and it was fine the rest of the day. Then on Saturday when I was leaving for my oil change appointment my car didnt start again. So my brother came down to jump it. When I arrived to Greenwich ford I told them about my battery and they did my oil and told me I had a week battery. I only owned the car for 3 months and were going to charge me over 400 dollars for a new battery. I asked if it was covered under any warranty they said the battery is not covered. So I asked why wasnt a new battery put into the car when I purchased it the service guy said I only work service I dont know. I was not happy about my first experience with the service of my car and hope if there is any further problems they will be handled better than that...

I purchased a used F150 that was an employees personal vehicle, as part of the sale they supposedly completed an oil change prior to delivery of vehicle. After owning the vehicle for two weeks I went to check the oil level, only to discover that the dipstick is missing, and the dipstick tube is broken off. I wonder how the tech verified the oil level when there is no dipstick. Very disappointing as the sales portion of the deal went so seamless. Update .service manager not only called me a liar, but was also unwilling to work with me on fixing the problem. NEVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

We dropped my wifes car off to get new tires at 9am, we were told it would be done in 1-2 hours. My wife called at noon, (3 hours later) and it still hadnt gone in, the lady she spoke to said it was next to go in and would be ready in 1-2 hours. We had errands to run and just went there with our 3 children at 4pm, (4 hours later), and it still wasnt done until 5pm! 2/10/23- brought my car for an oil change and for them to fix a recall. They also checked because my ball joint and control arm went in my vehicle. I have a warranty and they priced me almost $600, I searched online and the part is $200 less than they quoted me, AND my warranty is apparently good anywhere else but there. Only going to cost me $100 ay Warren Ford because it s under warranty, HOWEVER, we brought my car there today just for them to tell me that Greenwich Ford gave me the wrong part number, for the opposite side. This is my last straw. We will not be back, I ll drive the extra 45 minutes where I ll get good honest service.

I will never buy a Ford again. My experience with their service department has been very poor. I went to them because my seats ripped and doors in inside came apart. In addition the paint around my wind shield came off. I had paid extra for protection. I was told nothing was covered. I larer found my papers with my warranty and it should be covered. I go back and they said they needed me to make an appointment. So I did. At first they said nothing was covered. Then they said it was, but I to had to put on claim. Now they claim is bring denied because I didnt put in the claim in time. This is a joke

Took our vehicle in for warranty work on our seats. We were told our extended warranty didn t cover the problem and it would be over 600 dollars to fix. After I picked up the vehicle I called the warranty company myself and it is in fact covered. Needless to say we will be taking it to another Ford dealer for any further work!

Staff very friendly and professional. Renovations in progress. New ownership, and as a result it seems the price of oil change has doubled. Will probably seek more reasonable prices for this area in the future if this is going to be the case.

My service was very good! I ended up being able to go earlier than my appointment was scheduled and they had no problem moving me up. I got a full oil change and need my alignment adjusted. Every thing went quick and I was on my way! Good fast service and nice service staff. Thanks
