I recommend this garage to everyone. Honest, friendly and had the best experience esp as a woman I felt taken care of and the work was completed in such a timely manner. Great place! Great mechanic!

We have been having our cars serviced at Marty Smith's Garage since the 80's. Always top notch service and Marty's son, Garson, who now runs the place, always goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. Even tho we moved to a different village ln 2001 (so it's a bit more difficult) we still take our cars to Garson

We have been taking our cars to Marty Smith's Garage since 1990 and even though we have moved away from Greenwich, we still continue to have our cars serviced there. Garson like his now deceased Dad, Marty run the shop "old school" with honesty, integrity and expertise. The repairs are done in a timely manner and Garson is adept at explaining even the most complex repairs with clarity and patience. He performs regular necessary maintenance which is why our 2006 Toyota Sienna is still running well at 203,000 miles. It's worth the 90 minute round trip to know that we are going to get the best service from a reliable, talented and trust worthy mechanic.

Very thorough inspection of vehicles and excellent skilled labor. My fiancé loves having her vehicle serviced here and she wouldn’t trust anyone else. She appreciates knowing the status of what needs to be done, what to look out for towards the future, and being treated with respect.

Two stars because the service was quick. This place got the job done but met the stereotype of a mechanic who wants to tell you everything else that is wrong with your vehicle before fixing the current problem. At 100 dollars an hour and an incredibly high markup on parts I will take my vehicle somewhere else.

This place is awesome. We took our car in to get fully checked out before our cross country road trip coming up and it was our first time visiting. The guys there were super nice and friendly. Garson was kind and pleasant to talk with. He didn't beat around the bush with anything or try to charge us for things our car didn't necessarily need unlike places like Jiffy Lube. Our car checked out amazing considering she's got 195k miles on her. She just needs new tires, which Garson looked to see if he had any on site and when he didn't he called and ordered some for us to get done tomorrow. The price isn't too bad either. For 4 brand new tires only around $688 ish, I've had to pay more before so this was a great deal for me. He made sure we had the best tires for our road trip since we're going to Washington state. The service was extremely quick and it was fun to watch them check out the car. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car worked on, you won't find the same attention to detail, great customer service, and fair pricing (considering their attention to detail and quickness) anywhere else within miles. If we weren't moving we would bring our car here always.
